企业信息化环境下产品协同开发流程再造研究

In view of the issues that low efficiency of collaborative product development, huge losses caused by rework, high cost of product designing, process and manufacturing. The basis of the research conclusion that the elements influenced the human-information system interaction rate, the active information interaction system was proposed from the perspective of executive main body to incentive the collaborative development members to share information. Through reaching the active information interaction ways, the coordination mechanism model of collaborative product development process was established; and according to the mechanism, the collaborative product development process rebuild methods combined the Concurrent Engineering’s idea was established. Finally, the feasibility of the researching result was proved through applying it to practices.
