晶闸管串级调速系统是一种廉价、简易的调速系统,传统内反馈串级调速系统存在功率因数低,谐波污染严重等弊端,采用斩波控制虽然可以有效改善系统功率因数,但并不能从本质上解决功率因数低的问题。采用可控器件IGBT构成的逆变结构取代原有串调系统晶闸管逆变部分,不仅可以使调节绕组侧电流正弦化,减少谐波,还可以向电网提供容性无功,用于补偿串调系统产生的感性无功,从而提高整个系统的功率因数。本文提出跟踪电压矢量的SPWM直接电流控制策略。通过对三相电压源型逆变器及逆变器在串级调速系统中的应用仿真,结果表明有效可行。

Speed regulation system using cascade control method with thyristor is a low-cost system, but the classic system has some shortages, such as a low power factor, serious harmonic pollution etc. Though power factor can be improved when chopper technique is adopted, the problem is not changed from essence. The application of IGBT substitute SCR in inverter bridge can not only reduce the harmonic, but also provide the capacitive reactive power with power grid to equalize inductive reactive power to improve the power factor. SPWM direct current control strategy is introduced in the paper. According to the simulation of three-phase voltage source inverter and the application of inverter in internal feedback cascade control system, the proposed scheme is verified efficiently and feasibly.
