蒙古黄芪内生真菌的分子鉴定
he Studies on Molecular Identification of Endophytic Fungi from the Astragalus mongolicus
目的：从中药植物黄芪根中分离鉴定黄芪内生真菌。方法：通过内生真菌DNA的提取测序，并于相应真菌形态鉴定相对照，确定内生真菌种类。结果：在分离得到的28株黄芪内生真菌中，镰孢菌属19株，生赤壳属3株，裸胞壳属2株，枝穂霉属、枝顶孢属、青霉属及曲霉属各1株。
In this paper main object is isolated the Endophytic Fungi from the root of Astragalus mongolicus and Molecular Identification. Method: Through the extraction of the endophytic fungi DNA and sequencing, combine Morphological sure endophytic fungi type.Result: In tthe 28 strains endophytic fungi separated form astragalus. fusarium is 19 strains. Bionectria is 3 strains. Emericella nidulans is 2 strains. Clonostachys, Acremonium, Penicillium and Aspergillus is each 1 strain.
