辅助电极及电极距离对沉积效果的影响

Influence of Accessorial Electrode and Electrode Distance on Electrodeposition Effect

本文就电沉积方法修复混凝土裂缝中辅助电极、电极距离对沉积效果的影响进行了试验研究,测定了沉积过程中的试件质量增加量、试件表面覆盖率及裂缝愈合率。通过研究发现在所选的三种电极中棱柱状钛网板电极的沉积效果最好,电极距离对沉积效果的影响呈现出一定的规律性。

In this paper,the experimental research on influence of accessorial electrode and electrode distance on electrodeposition effect was made when electrodeposition method for repair of reinforced concrete with cracks was applied, and the three aspects such as increase of weight 、rate of surface coating and rate of crack closure were measured in the process of electrodeposition. From this research, we can find that the prism titanium mesh plate electrode among the three types of electrode which were chosen for the experiment has the best electrodeposition effect, influence of electrode distance on electrodeposition effect has a certain regularity.
