复方浙贝颗粒联合阿霉素对K562/A02移植瘤抑瘤率影响研究

目的 观察复方浙贝颗粒联合阿霉素对多药耐药细胞K562/A02裸鼠移植瘤抑制率的影响。方法:将多药耐药K562/A02细胞接种于BALB/c-nu裸鼠腋前皮下构建移植瘤模型,分别测实验各组肿瘤体积,实验结束后处死小鼠,剥离肿瘤称重,并依据公式计算抑瘤率。结果 复方浙贝颗粒各剂量组的肿瘤、瘤重与空白对照组比较,有统计学意义(p<0.05);复方浙贝颗粒高、中剂量组肿瘤体积、瘤重与阿霉素对照组比较,有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 复方浙贝颗粒(高、中剂量)伍用阿霉素能够明显增加阿霉素对多药耐药细胞(K562/A02)移植瘤杀伤的敏感性。
Objective To investigate the drug-combination of Compound Zhe Bei Granule (CZBG) and doxorubicin effects on the inhibition of K562/A02 multidrug resistance tumor xenografts. Method Tumor xenografts model were established by injecting the Multidrug resistance cell lines K562/A02 in the axillary flank of BALB/c-nu-nu mice. The volume and weight of tumor xenografts were measured in the experiment, simultaneously, the inhibition rate of tumor xenografts were calculated according to the data after the dissection. Results In the groups of the combination of the doxorubicin and CZBG with dosage classified by three types(high, middle, low), the volume and weight all showed statistical significance compared with the normal saline control group(p<0.05). In the groups of high-dosage and middle-dosage, the inhibition of tumor exnografts also showed statistical significance compared with doxorubicin positive control group. Conclusion The drug-combination of CZBG (high-dosage and middle-dosage) and doxorubicin can enhance the sensitivity of multidrug resistance cells K562/A02 to the doxorubicin.
