Effect of EDC on the alkaline pectinase immobilized on chitosan beads crosslinked by glutaraldehyde

采用酶处理造纸过程水的方法是一种新型、绿色的方法已经在工业生产中得到了应用,但是由于目前采用的游离酶的方法存在效率低、成本高等问题。本论文着重探讨了采用壳聚糖微球为对果胶酶的固定化,采用了EDC对用戊二醛交联后的壳聚糖微球进行了活化处理,并制备了固定化碱性果胶酶,结果表明EDC的活化明显提高了固定化酶的活力。

Enzymatic treatment of paper-making water is a nove and geen method, but suffers from several disadvantages, such as low effeicency, high cost, etc. In this paper, the effect of EDC on the immobilization of alkaline pectinase by chitosan, which was cross-linked by glutaraldehyde was discussed. Results showed that EDC is very helpful to enzyme immobilization according the analysis of results of the IR and activity of immobilized pectinase.
