Objective Comparing the distribution and the ability of producing H2O2 between vulvovaginal candidiasis patients and healthy women. Preliminarily study the difference of growth suppression different lactobacilli effect on candida . Methods Vaccinate the vaginal discharge on MRS lactobacilli agar medium and CO2 candle jar. Cultivate at 37℃Test the lactobacilli species by micro-biochemical method. Lactobacilli were inoculated on H2O2 identification medium to identify its H2O2 generation. Select the healthy predominant lactobacilli team to test the diameter of inhibition zone it effect on vagina candida by paper disk method. Result There was no significant difference between the two teams on the positive rate distribution of lactobacilli. （P>0.05）.The positive rate of the production of H2O2 of the healthy team was higher significantly than the sick team, 14 and 6 , it had significant difference.（P<0.05）.Three of the four lactobacilli had different growth suppression of candida, in which L.acidophilas had the greatest impact on candida albicans and candida tropicalis. And L.casei had the greatest effect on candida parapsilosis . Conclusions The positive rate and distribution of lactobacilli in vagina were similar between healthy people and VVC patients. The H2O2 producing lactobacilli had correlation ship with inhibition of VVC. Different lactobacilli had different growth suppression to candida..
