小球藻采收技术研究进展

采收技术是小球藻规模化生产的一个很重要的环节,也决定着能否进行长期连续生产以及产品的质量和价值。本研究分别对离心固液分离法、网筛过滤法、絮凝法以及气浮法进行了介绍,分析各个的优缺点,探讨了适合小球藻规模化生产的采收方式,进一步完善了小球藻大规模生产的培养技术。

Harvesting technology was an important part in chlorella-scale production, and it also determined whether conduct the long-term continuous production and the quality and value of product. This study introduced the centrifugal solid-liquid separation, sieve filtration, sedimentation and dissolved air flotation ,compared the advantages and disadvantages of them,found the harvesting technology which suited for large-scale production of Chlorella, improved the large-scale production of chlorella culture technology furtherly.
