电池组均衡充电用反激变换器设计方法的研究

均衡充电是消除电池组内电池单体或模块不一致的有效手段。根据电池组充放电装置的要求,设计了电池组均衡充电用反激变换器。变换器包括输入整流滤波电路、反激变换电路、输出滤波电路和反馈控制电路四部分。讨论了变换器组件和各电路的设计方法,仿真结果和实验结果验证了设计方法的有效性。
Equalization charging of the battery pack is one of the most effective methods to eliminate the battery inconsistency. According to the requirements of battery charging system, a flyback converter for equalization charging was investigated. The converter consisted of input rectifier and filter circuit, flyback circuit, output filter circuit and feedback control circuit. Their design principle was discussed and corresponding parameters of the converter was calculated. Simulation and test results verified the effectiveness of the design method.
