基于正交设计的磷钨酸柱撑水滑石催化合成乙酸正丁酯
Synthesis of n-butyl acetate catalyzed by phosphato-tungstic heteropoly acid pillar double hydroxides based on orthogonal design
本文采用磷钨杂多酸柱撑水滑石为催化剂,乙酸和正丁醇为原料合成乙酸正丁酯,通过正交试验设计考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响。从正交设计理论上系统的对试验结果进行了直观分析和方差分析,得到了影响显著性因子和优化结果。结果表明,最佳的工艺条件是:乙酸与正丁醇物质的量比为1∶ 1.3,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的1.5%,反应时间为3 h,反应温度为120℃。实验发现,磷钨杂多酸柱撑水滑石催化剂可多次重复使用并可活化再生,无明显失活,是一种稳定性高、选择性好的新型环境友好催化剂。
n-butyl acetate catalyzed was synthesized with acetic acid and n-butanol as raw material and phosphotungstic acid Pillar Double Hydroxides as catalyst, the effects of reaction conditions on esterification rate were investigated by orthogonal experimental design. The result was systematic analyzed by intuitive analysis and variance analysis on the orthogonal design theory, the significance of the parameters and optimization results were found out. The results show that the molar ratio of acetic acid and n-butanol was 1 to 1.3, the quantity of phosphato-tungstic heteropolyacid catalyst accounting for the total material was 1.5%, the reaction temperature and time were 120℃ and 3h. The esterification rate could reach 98.0%. It was found out that phosphotungstic acid Pillar Double Hydroxides had good reusability and could be regenerated by activation, and it was a novel environment-friendly catalyst with good stability and selectivity.
