通过对2003年度河南省优质小麦品质测报数据的数理统计分析,借助Excel数据库功能,以标准差、平均值、t值、允许检测误差及数据离散性等指标为依据,进行数据优化分析,根据代表性、科学性和经济性的原则,估算小麦品质测报所需的最小样本数量。结果表明,7个检测指标中,蛋白质、湿面筋是确定样本量的主要指标。在80%置信区间内,全省最小样本量为66个;在90%置信区间内,最小样本量为106个;在95%置信区间内,最小样本量为152个。全省小麦品质测报,同一生态区域内,同品种小麦单样代表面积为11万亩。小麦采样以县级为单位,每11万亩采样1个,县内同品种小麦种植面积在4.4~11万亩之间的也应采样1个。

Using forecast data on the quality of high-quality wheat in Henan Province(2003),by mathematical statistical analysis, using Excel database functions, standard deviation, mean, t values, allowing the detection of errors ,data scatter and permissible error, based on data optimization analysis, according to representation, scientific and economic principles to estimate the minimum required for wheat quality forecast the number of samples.
