基于AT91SAM9261嵌入式多面体加工控制系统设计与研究
Research and Design of the Embedded Polyhedron Processing Control System Based on AT91SAM9261
为了提高多面体加工系统的效率并降低成本,本文提出了一种基于ARM片上系统AT91SAM9261的嵌入式加工控制系统设计方案,分别从硬件设计和软件设计两方面阐述了系统的实现过程,包括硬件布局,启动代码设计等。同时,为了提高系统的实时性和后续功能扩展,本系统采用μC/OS-II实时操作系统作为软件平台,并在此基础上探讨了在此平台下应用程序的设计过程。最后通过分析加工产品对系统性能进行了验证。
iming at enhancing the efficiency of polyhedron processing system while lowering the cost, this paper brings up a plan designed for the embedded processing control system based on AT91SAM9261, which is an ARM soc. This paper discusses the implementation of the plan from both hardware design and software design, including hardware layout, Bootloader design etc. in detail. In order to make the system work on real time, the μC/OS-II, which is a real-time operating system, is adopted as the software platform. Then the article demonstrates the procedure of application design under this platform. Finally the products are analyzed to validate the performance of the system.
