高镍锍硫酸选择性浸出工艺是通过常压和加压浸出。将Ni、Co浸出而Fe、Cu等杂质富集在浸出渣中,与镍同时浸出的钴利用Cyanex272萃取分离或用黑镍除去,最终生成纯净的硫酸镍溶液,用于生产硫酸镍盐、电积镍。

Sulfuric acid selective leaching of high matte nickel technology consist of normal pressure leaching and high pressure leaching. During the leaching process, Ni and Co were leached out while Fe, Cu and other impurities were concentrated in the leaching residues. Co can be removed by adding Cyanex272 to extract and separate or by adding black nickel to attain pure nickel sulfate solution, which can be used to produce nickel sulfates and electro-deposited nickel.
