乙醇、丙酮对锡酸沉降速率影响及动力学研究
Reserch on effect of sedimentation rate by adding ethanol and acetone in recyclying tin of PCB reclamation and dynamics
为了加快锡酸在浸提液中的沉降分层速度,在浸提液中加入乙醇或丙酮等助降剂,考察其助降效果及其锡酸沉降分层速度。结果表明,浸提液添加助降剂后,锡酸沉降分层速度明显加快,乙醇减少分层时间45.4%,丙酮减少分层时间54.5%;并通过高斯-牛顿方法,分别对乙醇和丙酮提出了半机理动力学模型,计算出反应级数:乙醇α=0.824;丙酮β=0.345。
In order to accelerating the sedimentation speed of the tin acid in liquid layer speed in soaking liquid, adding ethanol or acetone as agent is comsidered. The results show that adding acetone as agent, the sedimentation of stanic acid has obviously faster speed, reduce sedimentation time with 45.4% , on the contrary adding ethanol canreduce 54.5% time ; Using the Gaussian-Newton method , we established half mechanism dynamics model of the ethanol and acetone respectively, calculated order of reaction: ethanol α = 0.824; Acetone β = 0.345.
