胡颓子根的化学成分研究

Medicinal plant Elaeagnus pungens which belongs to the family Elaeagnaceae, Elaeagnus, mainly distributed in the provinces south of the Yangtze River. The genus containing volatile oil, terpenoids, alkaloids, flavonoids and other chemical constituents. Its pharmacological activities mainly have hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, anti lipid oxidation, anti-inflammatory and analgesic, immune, etc. Based on previous reports, few studies on chemical constituents of Elaeagnus root. Do the following work to promote the use and development of new drugs. Chemical investigation of the extracts of Elaeagnus pungens root which were collected from the Qingyuan Mountain of quanzhou by using various chromatographic techniques such as D101, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, MCI, silica gel column chromatography, and semi-preparative HPLC. Six compounds were obtained and then by NMR spectral analysis were identified as epicatechin (1), 1, 4, 9-trihydroxy-megastima (2), 3＇-methoxy-quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3), 3＇-methoxy-quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnose-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), 2-methoxy phenol-4-O-α-L-arabinose-(1→6)-β-D-galactoside (5), Butyl paraben (6), 3, 4-dimethoxy-5-hydroxy-phenol-1-O-α-D-arabinose-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(7).
