铁碳内电解技术处理酸性红B的动力学研究
he Dynamics Research of Carbon in Iron Electrolysis Technology Dealing with the Acid Red B
采用铁碳内电解法对酸性红B染料废水进行处理。本文探索H2O2投加量、铁碳比、反应温度、铁屑粒径及pH值对酸性红B去除率的影响。对不同反应条件下的酸性红B去除率按一级动力学进行拟合,可知:当Fe/C由4变为10时,反应速率略有降低,当Fe/C由10变为20时,反应速率却明显降低;pH由酸性变为碱性反应速率逐步降低;反应温度对反应速率的影响不大;铁屑粒径增大反应速率逐步降低。将投加H2O2处理后的废水与未投加H2O2处理后的废水进行比较,可以看出H2O2对酸性红B的降解率影响不大,但对反应速率的影响较大。该项研究对处理酸性红B染料废水具有重要的现实意义,实际的去除率可达到96%以上。
he hard carbon in electrolysis process was used to treat the acid red B dye wastewater as an pre-treatment method. The treating efficiency of the acid red B dye wastewater by hard carbon in electrolysis process were researched. The degradation rate of acid red B dye wastewater is fit with first-order dynamics under different reaction conditions, it can be known: when Fe/C is changed from 4 to 10,the reaction speed is slightly reduced, when Fe/C is changed from 10 to 20,the reaction speed is obviously reduced; the reaction speed is gradually reduced when pH is changed from acidity to alkalinity; the influence of reaction temperature is not obvious; The iron fillings particle size is bigger, the reaction speed is slower. Compare the wastewater with H2O2 to the wastewater without H2O2,it can be known that H2O2 has not obvious effect of the degradation rate ,but the effect of reaction speed is obvious. The research dealing with dye Acid Red B waste water is of great realistic significance, the removal rate of the acid red B dye could arrive at over 96%.
