看板管理在生产企业的应用研究

文章借鉴看板管理思想，结合生产企业的实际情况，研究了多品种、中小批量生产环境下，基于看板的生产线物料循环配送方式，阐述了看板使用的原则和条件，建立了具体的操作流程和数学模型。研究结果表明，看板管理在一定条件下可以提高企业的物流运作效率，降低物流运作成本。
ccording to the actual situation of enterprises, a kanban-based cyclic material feeding approach is proposed for an environment of small and medium-sized batch production; also, specific operational process and mathematical model are presented in this study. Research results show that kanban is a useful tool to improve efficiency and reduce cost of logistics operation.
