回顾了国内外关于组织智商与企业绩效关系方面的研究成果,基于江苏省73家企业调查数据,得出在稳定环境中,组织智商对企业绩效无显著影响;而在适度变化和快速变化环境中,组织智商对企业绩效影响显著,因而并不是所有的企业都需要在组织智商提升方面进行投资。

his paper reviewed the research results on relationships between organizational IQ and business performance at home and aboard. Based on the survey data from 73 enterprises in Jiangsu region, the paper come to the conclusion that organizational IQ has no significant effect on business performance in the environment which changes stably and organizational IQ has a significant effect on business performance in the environment which changes moderately and rapidly. And not all of the enterprises have to invest to improve organizational IQ.
