一种基于时空相关性的传感器网络节点故障检测方法

处于物联网底层的无线传感器网络是整个物联网系统成功运转的关键。然而,一般情况下传感器节点所在的环境都比较恶劣,传感器节点容易出现损伤甚至毁坏。如果节点出现故障,采集的数据的准确性就会受影响。本文通过研究物联网采集环境数据的特点,提出了一种基于时空相关性的传感器网络节点故障检测算法。时间相关检测复杂度低但准确度较差,空间相关检测准确率较高但复杂度高,本文综合利用时间相关检测和空间相关检测的特点,在保证检测准确度的前提下,提高了节点故障检测速率。同时,时间相关性检测不需要节点间交换数据,节省了网络的通信成本,在利用空间相关性时还采用聚类算法对空间节点进行分簇,提高相关节点间的空间相关性。
Located on the under layer of Internet of Things (IoT), Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) is the essential element for the successful operation of IoT. Since the hostile environment in which WSN nodes are implemented, it is high possibility that the WSN nodes would be damaged or destroyed. The data accuracy of WSN would be decreased due to the broken nodes. Through analyzing the feather of collected data, we proposed a faulty node detection method based on special-temporal correlation in this paper. The traditional detection method based on temporal correlation is simple but not accurate enough, while the detection method based on spatial correlation holds high accuracy and complexity. Combining the features of two detection methods, the method based on spatial-temporal correlation guarantees both simplicity and accuracy of detection. Meanwhile, we erase the inter-nodes communications in temporal correlation detection to save the communication cost, and involve the clustering algorithms to cluster the spatial nodes and increase their spatial correlation.
