本文提出了一种处理非平稳信号的自适应方法，修正经验模式分解（MEMD），及其Wigner-Ville分布（WVD）。基于MEMD-WVD的瞬时多普勒逆合成孔径雷达机动目标成像算法能够在抑制交叉项的同时不损失分辨率。
n adaptive method, referred as the Modified Empirical Mode Decomposition (MEMD) and its associated Wigner-Ville distribution (WVD), are presented for nonstationary signals processing. The MEMD-WVD based Range Instantaneous Doppler (RID) Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (ISAR) imaging algorithm can reduce the cross-terms without loss of resolution for maneuvering targets.
