g-TiO2纳米复合材料的制备及其光催化性能研究
Preparation and Photocatalytic Activities of Ag-TiO2 Nanocomposite
以钛酸四丁酯[Ti(OC4H9)4]为钛源,硝酸银[AgNO3]为掺杂剂,无水乙醇为溶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了银掺杂复合二氧化钛纳米粉末,粒径约为200nm。采用TEM和XRD对产物进行表征,从而对其微观形态和晶体结构进行了研究。将样品在500℃热处理后,晶型转变为锐钛矿结构。此外,不同掺银量下的Ag-TiO2纳米粉末在不同条件下对活性红染料的降解力也得到了分析。结果表明,掺银量为2%(w%)的Ag-TiO2纳米粉末具有较高的光催化降解效率,经过300W汞灯照射30分钟后,溶液中活性红的降解率达到了98.1%。此外,当染料的pH为5-7,浓度为20mg/L时,样品的光催化效果较好。
ifferent contents of Ag doped TiO2 nanocomposites were prepared by sol-gel method, using Ti(OC4H9)4 as titanium source, AgNO3 as the doping agent and C2H5OH as the solution. The size distribution of Ag-TiO2 nanoparticles were about 200nm. The structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by TEM and XRD. Afer calcined at 500℃, the Ag-TiO2 powder crystal transformed to the anatase. The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by monitoring the degradation of reactive red solution in different situations. The result indicated that the optimum condition was obtained when the mole fraction quantity of the doped Ag was 2%. In this situation, 98.1% reactive red was degraded with the irradiation time of 30 min. When the pH value was from 5 to 7, as well as the concentration of reactive red was 20mg/L, the best result of photocatalytic activity was achieved.
