PBO纤维是聚对苯撑苯并双噁唑的简称,是一种主链呈刚性的芳杂环聚合物,其强度为5.8GPa ,热分解温度高达650℃,是目前综合性能最好的有机纤维。PBO纤维具有卓越力学性能和热稳定性能的同时,也存在诸多缺陷,如PBO纤维的抗压缩强度不足、界面结合性能和抗紫外能力不强,这严重限制了PBO纤维在先进复合材料中的应用,因此有大量的研究人员针对PBO纤维改性展开研究。本文简介了PBO纤维的结构性质、制备方法,着重对PBO纤维的增强改性和界面改性两方面进行了综述。

PBO fiber is short for poly-phenylene benzobisoxazole, whose main chain is rigid aromatic heterocyclic polymer, its strength is 5.8GPa, thermal decomposition temperature up to 650 ℃. It is the best overall performance organic fibers currently. PBO fiber has excellent mechanical properties and thermal stability, but there are also many defects, such as poor resistance to compression strength, interfacial bonding properties and poor resistance UV capability, which severely limits the application of PBO fiber in the advanced composite materials Therefore a large number of researchers conduct research for PBO fiber modification. This article introduces the structure and properties of PBO fiber, preparation methods, reviewing the PBO fiber reinforced modified and interface modification two aspects in ditail.
