In this paper, the gravitational theory including the contribution of gravitational field and the quantum theory of gravitational field are discussed in detail and improved. Using the theory, the cosmography with Robertson-Walker symmetry is studied. Theoretical analysis shows that the universe is positive curvature based on the gravitational field equation including the contribution of gravitational field, which is a necessary condition for existence of ordinary matter (pure matter part). The so-called dark matter is that those pure gravitational field matter with a loose state. The Robertson-Walker symmetry of cosmography is destroyed in a local time-space by the gravitational interaction between matters, which result in the pure gravitational field matter state transformation from relativity state to loose state, and the universe to do speed up the expansion. The quantum theory of gravitational field in the very early universe shows that the universe scale factor is not zero, the universe there is no space-time popular intrinsic singularity. The universe is eternal, and its evolution is a periodic cycle. Evolution of the universe, each one constitutes a closed cycle that with the \"hysteresis loop\", and repeat go on this way.
