his dissertation investigates the importance of GPS in an emergency system. By the comparison of current communication systems, it proposes a novel wireless transport system of GPS based on the TETRA Short Data Service. In addition, it promotes a simple method to estimate the trace of the vehicle, based on the probable delays appearing in the terminal in the data transmission process.
