对完善施工合同示范文本中安全条款的建议

It has always been paying much attention to the safety problems of the construction. By analyzing from the present safety policy documents and demonstrative text of construction contract of our country ,the paper cleared the necessity of safe production from the following five parts: responsibility of safety supervision and inspection、specific measures、the use and cost of the safety measures、insurance、 rewards and punishment of system security. Combined with the demonstrative text of construction contract and the real engineering, we made some suggestions to improve the safety terms. It is of realistic significance to perfect the demonstrative text of construction contract and set the safety terms while signing the contract.
