电磁自热器温度控制系统的研究
Research on Temperature Control System of Eletromagnetic Heater
本文首先介绍了电磁自热器温度控制系统的结构和原理。研究了供暖房间的散热器动态散热模型和电磁自热器的加热模型。针对温度控制系统大惯性、时滞性、非线性等特点,采用恒定水温、调节流量的室温控制策略和具有在线调整功能的模糊自适应PI控制算法。根据控制系统的需求分析,以STM32F103ZET6这款ARM微处理器为核心,实现了控制系统所需的硬件电路。根据确定的控制策略和控制算法,完成了软件设计。最后,进行了相关的实验研究。
In this paper, the structure and mechanism of temperature control system of electromagnetic heater is presented firstly. Secondly,the dynamic model of heat dissipation in heat supplying rooms and the heating model of electromagnetic heater are studied. Aiming to the characteristic of temperature control system such as high inertia; time lag and nonlinearity, the control strategy of indoor temperature of constant water temperature and variable flow and the control algorithm of fuzzy self- adapt PI control which has the function of online adjustment are employed. Then the hardware circuit is completed by using an ARM microprocessor named STM32F103ZET6 based on the analysis of control system. The design of software is completed based on the control strategy and algorithm. At last the experimental research is made.
