PCB平面磁通门传感器

In this paper the configuration and principle of fluxgate magnetic sensor is introduced. And a new printed circuit board (PCB) technology for fluxgate magnetic sensor is presented. A single axis fluxgate magnetic sensor using PCB technology is made. The behavior of the fluxgate device was analyzed with software tools based on the finite element method. Finally, the earth magnetic field and a constant and uniform magnetic field were measured and output was analyzed. As a result, the PCB fluxgate magnetic sensor can be used to measure magnetic field.
