四氧化三铁纳米颗粒的制备及其分散特性研究
Research in preparation and dispersive properties of Fe3O4 nanoparticles
本研究主要介绍了共沉淀法制备Fe3O4纳米颗粒,考察了20℃、40℃、60℃、80℃四种不同温度和pH4.0、pH7.0、pH11.0三种不同pH分别对Fe3O4纳米颗粒制备的影响,同时研究了在聚乙二醇2000、柠檬酸铵、SDS、Triton X-100四种分散剂作用下Fe3O4纳米颗粒的分散效果;并通过添加不同浓度柠檬酸铵,用分光光度计测定经过自然沉降后的上清悬液的吸光度从而确定了柠檬酸铵分散Fe3O4纳米颗粒的最佳加量;用透射电镜对上述不同条件下的Fe3O4纳米颗粒进行了表征。
he preparation of Fe3O4 nanoparticles with co precipitation method was demonstrated. The effects of temperature (20oC, 40oC, 60oC, and 80oC) and pH (pH 4.0, pH 7.0 and pH 11.0) on the preparation of Fe3O4 nanoparticles were evaluated as well as the dispersion of Fe3O4 nanoparticles in different dispersants such as polyethylene glycol, ammonium citrate, sodium dodecylsulfate, and Triton X-100. It also determined The optimal dosage of ammonium citrate was also determined by detecting the absorbance of supernatant using a spectrophotometer after the natural sedimentation. In addition, the images of Fe3O4 nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electronic microscopy (TEM).
