有机硒对羔羊机体硒状态及细胞因子水平的影响

目的:研究有机硒对羔羊机体硒状态及血浆细胞因子水平的影响。方法:选用健康滩羊羔羊24头,随机分为3组。C组为对照组,饲粮中添加玉米淀粉,T1、T2组为试验组,饲料中分别添加富硒酵母和亚硒酸钠,试验期60d。分别于试验期30d、60d测定全血中GSH-Px活性、血浆IL-1、IL-2、IL-6以及TNF-a水平;试验期60d时测定组织硒含量。结果:在30d和60d时,T1组羔羊全血GSH-Px活性及组织硒含量均显著高于C组与T2组(P<0.0l);T1组羔羊血浆IL-1、IL-2、IL-6以及TNF-a浓度均显著高于C组(P<0.0l或 P<0.05),但与T2组无显著差异。结论:有机硒提高羔羊血液GSH-Px活性及组织硒含量的效果优于无机硒,但在提高细胞因子水平方面两者差异不显著。
Objective: To investigate the influence of organic selenium on the selenium status and cytokine levels in lambs. Methods: Thirty-two healthy lambs of Tan sheep were divided into 3 groups, one served as control (C) group. Two were supplemented different selenium sources namely selenium-enriched probiotics (T1 group) or sodium selenite (T2 group), respectively. The experiment lasted for 60 days. Blood samples were collected at 30-day intervals and tissue samples were collected at experiment termination. Tissues Se contents, blood glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activity and serum cytokines levels were determined, respectively. Results: Blood GSH-Px activity and tissue Se contents in T1 group were higher (P<0.0l) than those in control and T2 groups. Serum IL-1, IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-αcontents in T1 group were higher (P<0.01 or P<0.05)than those in control group. And there were no significant differences in the increase of serum IL-1, IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α contents between T1 and T2 groups. Conclusion: Compared to inorganic Se, organic Se were more effective in increasing tissue Se contents and whole blood GSH-Px activities of lambs. No significant differences in increasing serum cytokine levels of lambs were found betweenorganic and inorganic Se.
