Wavelet transform is an effective means of signal processing, which broke through the Fourier analysis in time domain and frequency domain aspects of local capabilities, suitable for non-stationary signal processing. Mutations in the signal section contains the signal number of important information. This paper introduces the concept of wavelet analysis and time-frequency in nature, based on the analysis and simulation of the wavelet transform time-frequency localization of mutations in the signal detection part of the specific application.
