In this paperThe evaluation of the Strategic risks of the enterprise will benefit the scientific decision-making, the optimization of resources allocation, the access to new competitive advantage and the potential of sustainable development An enterprise strategic risk evaluation index system and evaluation model is set up in this paper, and Zelong Company is taken as a case to be evaluated its risk of business strategy. Results show that the risk of the overall business strategy is relatively low, and the risk from high to low in the order of:the External envionment risks, the entrepreneurship risks, the enterprise resouce risks and the corporate culture risks.
