紫癜颗粒对ITP模型小鼠外周血IL-11、TGF-β1的影响
Effects of Purpura Granules on the Levels of IL-11 and TGF-βin Peripheral Blood of the Mouse Model with Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura
目的：通过观察ITP模型小鼠外周血白介素-11（IL-11）、转化生长因子（TGF-β1）含量的变化，探讨IL-11、TGF-β1含量变化与免疫性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）发病之间的内在联系。方法：采用酶联免疫方法检测ITP模型小鼠外周血IL-11、TGF-β1含量变化。结果：模型组小鼠外周血IL-11、TGF-β1含量明显升高，均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：调节巨核细胞的正性作用因子IL-11与负性作用因子TGF-β1参与了ITP的发病过程并发挥重要作用，紫癜颗粒通过调控外周血IL-11、TGF-β1的含量变化而达到有效治疗ITP的目的。
Objective：To discuss internal relationship between content change of IL-11 and TGF-β1 and occurrence of ITP（Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura）by investigating content of IL-11 and TGF-β1 in peripheral blood of the mouse model with ITP.Method ：Content of IL-11 and TGF-β1 in peripheral blood of the mouse model with ITP were measured by ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosobent Assay).Result ：Content of IL-11 and TGF-β1 in peripheral blood of model group increased significantly increases，and it was not statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：IL-11 and TGF-β1 play an important role in occurrence of ITP，and purpura granules can cure ITP effectively by regulating content of IL-11 and TGF-β1 in peripheral blood.
