中国发展低碳经济的制约因素及对策选择

In the background of global climate change, developing a low carbon economy become the inevitable choice for China. A low carbon economy emphasis on "low energy consumption, low pollution and low emission", which give a big challenge to China's industrial structure and mineral resources reserves structure of "rich coal, less gas, lack of oil". This paper described the status quo of China's carbon emissions, then analyzed China's difficulties and obstacles of developing a low carbon economy in specific restricting factors, think about how to overcome these barriers, put forward some suggestions for China.
