Study on Dynamic Evolution and the Structure of Transnational ScientificCollaborative Network ——Taking Knowledge Management as an Example

目的 / 意义 ] 了解近 15 年来知识管理跨国科学合作网络结构以及演化特征,发现研究的现状和不足。[ 方法 / 过程 ] 综合运用统计学、生态学、科学计量学与地理学等方法,针对由 Web of Science中 SSCI-E 以及 SCI 数据库 2001-2015 年收录的知识管理国际合作论文构成的跨国合作网络进行网络结构与演化特征分析。[ 结果 / 结论 ] 知识管理跨国合作参与者主要分布在亚洲、大洋洲和欧美地区;双边合作是知识管理国际合作的主要方式;美英在跨国科学合作网络中占据主导,美国是最主要的合作国家;中国是美国最重要的合作伙伴,主导能力与其科学生产力不成正比。

Purpose/significance] This paper aims to understand the evolution characteristics and thestructure of transnational scientific collaborative network of knowledge management, and find the shortageand advantage of China. [Method/process] Through analytical methods of statistics, ecology, scientometricsand geography, the article conducted a systematic analysis on the evolution characteristics and the structureof transnational scientific collaborative network of knowledge management which was composed of theliterature on knowledge management from SSCI-E and SCI database in the Web of Science during 2001-2015. [Result/conclusion] International collaborative participants are mainly distributed in Asia, Australia,and Europe and the United States. Bilateral cooperation is the main mode of international cooperation inthe knowledge management. USA and UK play leading roles in the international collaborative network ofknowledge management. USA is the main partner nation. China is Americas most important partner, and itsleading ability is out of step with its scientific productivity.
