建立苯、甲苯和二甲苯的高效液相色谱法分析方法。用Kromasil C18柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),以甲醇-水为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,紫外检测器波长为210nm检测。苯、甲苯、二甲苯分别在0.1~7.6mg/mL、0.06~6.8mg/mL、0.1~7.5mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限分别为1.25μg/mL、0.67μg/mL、1.21μg/mL,RSD分别为0.18%、0.20%和0.17%。HPLC法简单、可靠、可应用于苯、甲苯和二甲苯含量的分析检测。

method has been developed for separation and detection of benzene, toluene and xylene by high performance liquid chromatography with Kromasil C18 column(5μm,250mm×4.6mm). When using methonal-water as mobile phase and 210nm as detection wavelength, it has presented good linear relationship as 0.1~7.6mg/mL、0.06~6.8mg/mL and 0.1~7.5mg/mL for benzene, toluene and xylene, respectively. The method we proposed has relatively lower limit of detection as 1.25μg/mL、0.67μg/mL and 1.21μg/mL, respectively. The method is convenient, reliable and can be applied in separation and quantitive analysis of benzene, toluene and xylene.
