第二课堂素质拓展活动下高校奖学金制度的研究——以辽宁工程技术大学为例

自2006年9月开始,辽宁工程技术大学先后在2006级、2007级和2008级共计14000余名本科生中实施大学生第二课堂素质拓展活动,相关部门也随之将学生素质拓展成果纳入到奖学金评定中。本文结合辽宁工程技术大学第二课堂素质拓展活动的实施现状及评定办法,根据目前奖学金评定制度,进行新的探究,从中寻找不足,提出相应的解决办法,进一步探索更为科学、完善的奖学金制度。
Since the early September in 2006, Liaoning Technical University has implemented the second classroom quality development activities successively in 2006, 2007 and finally 2008 academic students. The total number of the undergraduates covered is 14,000. Related departments and offices have also incorporated the quality of the results into the scholarship evaluation. Based on the current implementation status of the second classroom quality development activities and the evaluation method, according to the current scholarship evaluation system in Liaoning Technical University, this paper relates to a new inquiry to look for shortcomings and the corresponding solutions to further explore a more scientific and perfect kind of scholarship evaluation system.
