木犀草素、槲皮素、芹菜素对铁超载引起的自由基的清除作用研究
Study on the scavenging effects of luteolin, quercetin, apigenin on free radical induced by iron overload
目的:合成木犀草素、槲皮素、芹菜素与Fe(Ⅱ)及Fe(Ⅲ)的配合物,筛选出清除DPPH自由基能力最强的黄酮与Fe(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)的配合物及最佳配比。方法:以1:2、1:1、2:1的比例在常温磁力搅拌作用下分别合成Fe(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)与木犀草素、槲皮素、芹菜素等18种配合物;紫外分光光度法测定清除自由基能力。结果:槲皮素及其Fe(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)配合物清除DPPH自由基能力最强,且其最佳比例为:1:1。
Objective: the aim of this work is to synthesize the complexes of quercetin, luteolin and apigenin with Fe (II) and Fe (III) ions, and screen the flavonoid complex with the strongest scavenging ability to DPPH. Methods: the complexes were synthesized with different ratio (1:2, 1:1, 2:1) for stirring 2h at room temperature, 18 kinds of complexes of Fe (II), Fe (III) and quercetin, luteolin, apigenin obtained. Free radical scavenging is determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results: Quercetin and its Fe (II), Fe (III) complexes have the strongest scavenging ability to DPPH, with the ratio of 1:1.
