series of cases made more and more scholars pay attention to the supply chain risk management. The paper studied the supply chain risk pooling mechanism. It put forward the supply chain risk pooling concept, classification, and proposed rules to share risk and defined the supply chain risk pooling mechanism. Based on the supply chain risk evaluation and pooling rules, by using assignment problem, multi-attribute decision making method and Shapley value method, it built the mathematical model of supply chain risk pooling mechanism, an example followed. Finally, it summarized the whole paper.
