本文以新疆伊犁地区的弱粘煤为原料,通过对原料基础数据的分析,选用以氧化铝球为热载体的固体热载体低温干馏工艺方法的基础上,以100 kg湿煤为基准对年处理粉煤量为2万t的低温干馏中试装置的主要设备进行了物料衡算和热量衡算。同时进一步计算了干馏炉的截面强度、炉料流速和停留时间等主要性能指标,分析评定了干馏炉的热效率和干馏耗能,为今后实现产品的设计、工艺条件的改进、能耗的最低化和经济效益的最大化提供了可靠的理论和实际依据。

he article use the weakly caking coal of Xinjiang Yili area as raw material, through analysing the basis data of materia,select alumina ball as a heat carrier and dry distillation process at low temperature method .Based on the 100 kg wet coal , calculat the material balance and heat balance based on annual coal capacity of 20000 t low temperature distillation pilot plant equipment. At the same time, further calculates the carbonization furnace section strength and charge flow and residence time and other major performance indicators, analysis and evaluation of the retort furnace thermal efficiency and dry distillation energy consumption, provide the reliable theory and actual basis for the future realization of product design, process improvement, energy consumption of the minimum and the maximum economic benefit .
