PAN预氧丝环化程度的严格定量表征

以国产硝酸一步法PAN原丝为前驱体,应用恒温定长方法制备PAN预氧丝。采用日本理学D/max-2500/PC X射线衍射仪测量预氧丝长周期多层结构的小角X射线衍射强度曲线。解析衍射图谱得到经不同预氧时间获得的预氧丝结构的长周期L均为11.7nm。还得到随预氧时间从20min增加到210min,预氧丝中环化结构相的体积分数X0/L也从7.9%增加到86.5%。对于相同的预氧丝试样,应用广角X射线法测得的环化指数AI数值则小的多。本文的实验结果和理论分析表明,应用X0/L定量表征预氧丝环化程度更为严格准确。本文结果反映出,预氧丝中的长周期层状结构来源于PAN原丝中的有序-无序双向结构。本文结果还从实验上证明Gapta及Hamson等人提出的双向结构中层状逐步推进的预氧化机制模型是正确的。

Results analysis to obtain the long period (L) in different preoxygenation was stent length of 11.7nm. Over preoxygenation from 20min to 210min, the volume fraction of cyclic structure phases in preoxidative fiber increased to 86.5% from 7.9% . For the same preoxidative fiber samples, measured the cyclization (AI) by wide-angle scattering was relatively small. This article holds that the application X0 / L quantitative characterization of preoxidative fiber cyclized degree is more strictly accurate.
