电信收入保障工作是指保障电信企业内部的收入，防止各种原因引起的企业收入流失。本文介绍了实现收入保障的方法之一——数据稽核的概念，并通过某省运营商的财务稽核系统介绍了该方法在收入保障项目开发中的具体实现过程。
Revenue assurance (RA) process aims at finding the revenue leakage point , improving profits and cash flows. In this article, we introduce a method to RA based on data audit ,then we describe the design and implementation of finance system for a province telecom company based on data auditing.
