不同瘤胃保护N-氨甲酰谷氨酸（NCG）方式对滩羊生产性能、血清生化指标和脂肪分配的影响

he objective of the present experiment was to determine the effect of different types of N-carbamoylglutamateon growth performance, serum parameters and fat distribution of Tan sheep. Sixty male Tan lambs with average weight of (20.14 ± 0.31) kg were randomly assigned to one of three treatments with with 5 x 4 factorial arrangements. The treatments were one of three diets containing 0, 0.10% NCG, and 0.10% rumen protected NCG (RP-NCG). The average daily again (ADG) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were significantly improved (P < 0.05) as NCG or RP-NCG supplemented. The two treatments significantly improved the ration of meat weight to carcass weight (P < 0.05). As NCG or RP-NCG supplemented in the diets, the content of subcutaneous fat, tail fat and GR value were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the content of intramuscular fat (IMF) significantly increased (P < 0.05). Dietary supplemented with NCG or RP-NCG have significantly decreased the serum urea nitrogen (P < 0.05), but there were no significant differences in serum total protein, creatinine content and creatine kinase activity (P > 0.05). In conclusion, dietary supplemented with NCG or RP-NCG could improve the growth performance and carcass characteristic without the effects of type of NCG.
