PVC复合稀土改性剂的合成与检测
Synthesis and Detection of Compound Rare Earth Modifier
介绍了利用丙烯酸(AA)、氧化镧(La2O3)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)合成PVC多功能改性剂的方法;同时利用红外光谱分析检测已确定多功能改性剂的合成,利用滴定分析确定丙烯酸镧含量,然后通过刚果红实验和哈克流变仪测定改性剂对PVC动、静态热稳定性的改善效果,同时利用冲击试验机测定其对PVC抗冲击性能的改善效果;结果,利用乳液聚合的方法可以将四种单体成功合成既能改善PVC热稳定性,又能改善其抗冲击性的多功能复合改性剂;并且可以使PVC动、静态热稳定性均达到铅盐水平,但是其抗冲击性能改善效果不佳,不如传统ACR与PVE改性剂好;另外复合改性剂在临界点时容易发生颜色突变,不如铅盐热稳定剂在临界点还能较好的保持物料原来的颜色。
he content introduce a method of Compound Rare Earth Modifier using acrylic acid(AA)/ lanthanum oxide/ butyl acrylate(BA) and methyl methacrylate(MMA).At the same time the infrared spectroscopic analysis is used to detect the modifier,then analysis by titration test the content of lanthanum acrylic acid;at last Congo red experiment and Harker rheometer to test the dynamic/static heat stability,test impact resistance by impact test enginery.The result showed that Four-dammarane can be synthesized compound PVC modifier,which can improve PVC heat stability and impact resistance,besides the effectiveness of heat stability can reach or exceed the effectiveness of lead salt,but its impact resistance is not so better as ACR and PVE.Also at the critical point,the sample with compound modifier is easy to discolour, which with lead salt can protect the color better.
