兰州市环境污染经济损失估算及分析

In this paper, we use PM10 dose - effect function and pollution loss rate method to estimate air pollution on human health and agriculture. And we use the restoration cost method to estimate the economic losses caused by sewage, as well as methods of quantitative estimation of noise pollution as a result of the economic loss. And based on the results of the above-mentioned, we preliminarily estimate annual economic losses caused by environmental pollution accounts for the proportion of GDP each year in Lanzhou. The results show that the trend of the losses of 2001-2007 years` pollution proportions is declining year after year, and then we analyze this trend. We aim at providing the Government and relevant agencies to develop appropriate environmental policies.
