一种采煤机牵引用开关磁阻电机主控制板设计

设计了一种基于微处理器DSP的采煤机车牵引用无位置传感器开关磁阻电机(SRM)驱动系统主板结构,结合牵引电机驱动系统设计要求,完成了系统软硬件的开发。最后通过实验验证了电牵引系统设计满足设计指标和要求,提升了系统运行性能,保证了可靠性。
DSP-based system control board is designed for sensorless control of SRM driving a shearer. Accprding to the request of a shearer control system, hardware and software elements are presented in this paper. Experiments results show the fulfillment of the requirements and a good performance and reliability.
