文中介绍了目前选煤厂煤泥水加药系统的现状, 实现加药系统的自动化是选煤厂发展的客观要求。根据煤泥水加药系统的复杂、非线性以及大滞后的特点,提出了灰色模糊控制的控制算法。在开环控制的同时,利用煤泥水的溢流水浊度作为序列建立GM(1,1)预测模型,通过模型的定量步长预测从而消除系统滞后,并用系统的预测值与设定值的误差参与模糊控制器,对加药量进行调整。通过现场实验数据采集,结果表明:灰色预测模糊控制算法能够解决煤泥水处理系统未知且滞后大的问题,从而使得加药更加及时,系统运行更加稳定。

his paper introduces the present situation of the coal slime dosing system and the objective requirement of realizing automation of dosing system in the development of coal washery.According to the characteristics of system that complex, nonlinear and delay, put forward the grey fuzzy control algorithm.Under the open loop control,and use turbidity sequence of the coal slime water,establish GM (1, 1) forecasting model,use quantitative step length prediction of the model to eliminate system lag.And then error between the system predicted value and setting value is applied in fuzzy controller for adjusting dosage.Through the field experiment data acquisition,the results show that grey forecasting-fuzzy control algorithm can solve the system unknown and big lag problems ,which can make dosing more timely and the operation of the system more stable.
