苹果砧木组培苗耐盐筛选技术研究
Studies on the Salt Tolerance of Apple Stock subculture plantlet in vitro
比较了几种复盐组合对苹果砧木继代苗生长的影响,在一定浓度范围内,总盐量并不是造成植株伤害的主要因素,盐分组成十分关键。用0.34%盐土提取液处理继代苗与生根苗,盐害表现均与0.1%NaCl相近,表明继代苗与生根苗间存在耐盐相关性。
Experiments were conducted with subculture plantlets of M7 and SH15 (Ralls Janet×M.honanensis Rehd.), the injury caused by 4 kind of combined salts were counted. Results showed that the ingredient of the combined salts was more important than the total salt concentration. When supplied NaCl and eluate of salinized soil to subculture plant and rooting plant, it could be found that between rootless subculture plant and rooting plant had relatedness on salt tolerance aspect on M7、M. micromalus and SH15. The salt toxin of subculture plant and rooting plant in eluate of salinized soil was similar to that of 0.1% NaCl.
