中国环境影响评价公众参与中听证会的初步研究

For improving the validity of public participation, using others’ hearings ‘ways and combining the characters of environmental impact assessment , this paper focuses the definition of hearing and the standard of valid process of hearing, uses the validity of beneficial community 、knowledge and information 、the statement of hearing and environmental education to design the process of hearing validly. So it can increase the level of public participation in environmental impact assessment, keeping the sustainability of society, economy and environment.
