浅议中国农民工收入质量内涵

Migrant workers' income is not only related to quantity, but also in association with quality. Income quantity actually depends on income quality. Income quantity cannot grow continuously, rapidly and healthy without continuously improved income quality. This paper explores the asymmetry of the soaring quantity and lagging quality of the vulnerable migrant workers' income in China, and investigate connotation of migrant workers' income quality from five dimensions including income's adequacy, stability, structure, cost, and knowledge through the yearbook data as evidence. The results found that quality of migrant workers' income still needs to be improved. End for specific policy recommendations to improve the quality of the migrant workers' income to the maximum extent while avoiding disadvantages.
