中国省域建筑业碳排放与经济增长的脱钩研究

Research on Decoupling of Carbon Emissions ang Economic Growth of Provincial Construction Industry in China

在低碳经济背景下,研究中国省域建筑业的碳排放与经济增长的关系,对实现我国省域建筑业的节能减排目标具有一定的实践意义。本论文按照IPCC碳排放核算方法,建立中国省域建筑业碳排放测算模型,以中国30个省份2005-2015年的能源消耗与经济增长数据为基础数据,计算了中国各省域建筑业在10年里的碳排放量。然后,利用Tapio脱钩指标分析了中国省域建筑业碳排放与经济增长、能源消耗的关系程度。结果显示,中国省域建筑业经济增长的同时碳排放量也随之增加,但各省域之间有较大差异。辽宁、上海、广西三省呈强脱钩状态,江西、河南、贵州三省呈扩张负脱钩,大部分省份处于碳排放的弱脱钩状态和扩张连接状态。最后为中国省域建筑业的发展路径提出参考。

Under the background of low-carbon economy,the study of China's provincial construction industry of carbon emissions and the relationship between economic growth is a certain practical significance to achieve the target of energy conservation and emissions reduction of China's provincial construction. This paper according to the IPCC carbon accounting methods, the establishment of China's provincial construction carbon calculation model, with China's 30 provinces from 2005 to 2015, which based on the data of energy consumption and economic growth data to calculate the Chinese provinces domain of carbon emissions in construction in 10 years. On the basis, using Tapio decoupling model analyzes China's provincial construction of carbon emissions and degree of relationship of economic growth. Results show that China's provincial construction industry raise year by year, but there are big differences between provinces. LiaoNing, ShangHai and GuangXi provinces are strong decoupling state, JiangXi, HeNan, GuiZhou provinces are expanding negative decoupling, most provinces are in the weak decoupling states and expansion ofcarbon emissions connection status. The last reference to thedevelopment of China's provincial construction path is presented.
